CACHEBOX reduces the load at Cambridgeshire |
By ApplianSys , July 15, 2008 |
ApplianSys today announced Cambridgeshire County Council is rolling out CACHEBOX appliances to schools throughout the county. The ICT team will manage its fleet of appliances using a CACHEBOX Central Management Console (CMC). “With a large number of rural schools and colleges spread across the county, it was essential that the ICT team would be able to manage the appliances remotely,” explains Mike Clark - CEO of ApplianSys. “The CMC lets them monitor and configure multiple units simultaneously, drastically reducing the time it takes to roll out changes and alleviating the burden on an already stretched team.” |
